ROMs are essentially software replicas of the original games that you wish to play on your PC. Click OK after selecting the controller you wish to configure from the drop-down menu. After installing JoyToKey on your computer, plug in your controller and follow these instructions to adjust the settings: Click the Tools button at the top of the JoyToKey window, then choose Configure Controller.

You can download and install game ROMs for the emulator now that Citra is operational.
